Now, as much as I'd prefer to proofread, it's my understanding that we don't have shortage of those. So, seeing as how I already have a copy of Photoshop, and we need more cleaners, I figured I'd give it a shot. I dug up some tutorials, and got a few basics down. But a few things are still confusing me. I took this one from the test itself.

Now, obviously there is a bit left to do, but I got a few questions as to how. First off, the blacks, most notably the hair on most of them, still ...

Hi, I just recently started typesetting and I was just wondering how do typesetters manage their files?

The way I have been doing about things is that the editor gives me a cleaned slate of the page in .psd and I typeset over it. I re-save the current .psd and make a v2 of it just in-case I have to re-edit something or whenever my group decides to do a v2 of the chapter.

Ok, seem to be having problems left and right. Biggest problem would be how to decide what is black and what is black/gray. Tried the Kimi raw since I seen that it was the toughest to try. I have both NeatImage and Topaz, but can't quite figure out which is better to use. Read the tut on here with NeatImage in it, so basically went with that on this one. The grays look like crap to me, but couldn't figure out how to smooth them out, if I'm correctly describing it. I felt Haruto's uniform wasn't ...

* I had some trouble with the shadows... Mainly at the top... Maybe I should just remove it...
