Well, in this chapter Souji called Yosuke, Hanamura. Why? It is written in the raws as "Hanamura". The same thing goes for Chie. The reason why the English version of Yosuke calls Chie, Chie, is due to the fact that they didn't preserve the respect and naming system from Japan. By saying their first name (Chie) without an honorific means they are extremely close and sometimes it can be interpretted the wrong way.

Regardless of that, in the manga Yosuke calls Chie, "里中" which is the kanji for "Satonaka". If it had said, "千枝" instead, then yes, we would have used Chie. Since it did not, we would prefer to remain consistent with the Japanese and keep it as "Satonaka" until the mangaka calls her otherwise.
